After a lifetime of listening to the radio station blaring in my mind, I danced around barefoot, covered myself in mud, wrote a musical, and ran away to the Himalayas. There, I sat and found the volume knob, turned it all the way down, and cried for six months. I then learned to laugh from new refugee friends, served burritos on the side of a cliff, walked over a 19,000 foot glacier, and wrote this album.
